How much is shipping?
Shipping charges start at $5.99 and are determined by the number of items ordered, as well as the weight.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card or mailed Money Order/Cashier Check. No personal checks are accepted. Mail money orders or cashiers checks to: Dixie Outfitters, 1819 West Hwy 76, Ste A, Branson, MO 65616.
How long until my order is shipped?
Orders are currently taking 4-6 weeks to process. You will receive an email confirmation AFTER you place your order. This is notification that we received your order. Your payment will be charged within 7-10 days. If your card is declined. You will receive an email that the order has been canceled due to non-payment.
I saw an item in your store, but can not find it online. How can I order it?
We have much more in our retail store, than we are able to offer online. If you would like to order something
that you saw during a visit to our store in Branson, MO, just give us a call! We'll be glad to fill your order!
What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% satisfaction! If any product does not meet your satisfaction, you are welcome to return it for a full replacement. You will be asked to return the defected item. Refunds will only be given with prior authorization by the owners. Refunds/replacements will not be given for orders place with the wrong size or color.We appreciate your business and will work to resolve any concerns.
